ITEMS ACCEPTABLE TO BE RETURNED
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear and lingerie MAY NOT be returned.
We ask that you refer to the sizing chart provided to ensure that you choose the correct sizes.
All loungewear and pyjamas/ sleepwear may be returned to exchange for the different size or for a credit note.
RETURNS (For items without manufacturer defects)
This is only applicable to loungewear and pyjamas/ sleepwear may be returned to exchange for the different size or for a credit note.
All returns must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
The items must be unused and in the original packaging.
The item must be sent back in the same condition as it was received – this means that the item needs to be couriered back to PETAL BOUTIQUE with a courier of your choice.
Please communicate the name of courier as well as the tracking number to info@petalboutique.co.za , subject order number + return (e.g #21710 Return)
RETURNS (For items with manufacturer defects)
Where a customer finds that the item purchased has defects, the customer has the right to request a return.
If you have received an item with a manufacturer defect then please follow the following
steps: Please email us at info@petalboutique.co.za ; stating your items defect with your order number attached as well as 2-3 images of your item. This is to be done within 24hrs of delivery.
Our management will decide whether the damage is of manufacturer default or of your own negligence. If the customers item defect matches our return policy, we will request a pick up from the customer at PETAL BOUTIQUES cost. We will send a new item to customers once we have received the defective item back ( please note a credit note will be given in the case of no stock availability) .
RETURN PROCESS

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We do not have a walk in facility therefore you MAY NOT return the item to us physically.
CREDIT NOTE
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange/return or exchange where applicable. This shall be on a case-to-case basis. Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Credit notes will be issued via email.
